- Do you accept my dental insurance? Yes. We accept all PPO dental plans and provide complimentary benefits checks. We are also in network with Dental Premier. If you’re using a plan where we’re out of network, we’ll still file claims on your behalf and help you understand what is covered and what your estimated portion will be.
- What if I don’t have insurance, can I still become a patient? Absolutely. Many of our patients don’t carry dental insurance. That’s why we offer an in-house membership plan and flexible payment options to make quality care accessible without the need for a third-party plan.
- Can I schedule a virtual dental appointment if I can’t come into the office? Yes. Through our teledentistry option, you can schedule a secure virtual visit. We’ll assess your condition, provide next steps, and (if needed) call in a prescription—all from wherever you are.
- What should I do if I have a dental emergency after hours?
Text our 24/7 emergency line (510-834-4321.) A real dentist from our team will respond as soon as possible—often within an hour—to provide calm, clear guidance and help determine next steps.
- Why aren’t you in-network with any insurance plans? We’ve chosen to remain out of network so we can focus on what’s best for your health—not on the limitations or restrictions of an insurance company. It allows us to provide honest advice and make decisions in your best interest, every time.
- What types of dental services do you provide in your Oakland office? We offer a full spectrum of care, including general, cosmetic, restorative, and preventive dentistry. That means everything from cleanings and fillings to Invisalign, same-day crowns, implants, and more—all in one location.
